LOBBY EVENT June 26th 2012

thank you for participating our japanese culture event at June 26th 2012.
and from July 1th to August 31th ,2012 we will have japanese shaved ice for free from 18:00 ro 19:00 and from 20:00 to 21:00 in the nishiyama ryokan lobby,would you have it.(because Kyoto have too hot in summer)
and if you want to have japanese culture(for example ,japanese calligrapy),
please ask our staff in advance,if we have time to do lessons ,we will have japanese calligrapy.

and we will have tea ceremony in the almost morning (from 9am to 11am)in the lobby for free.
(but we will not have tea ceremony some morning)

Lucky Taxi

This morning, a yasaka taxi with pattern of a four-leaf clover came to our ryokan. Most yasaka taxies are with a three-leaf clover. Taxies with a four-leaf clover are only 4 in Kyoto city. We cannot make a reservation, so this is very lucky. It is said that this taxi bring you a lucky. If you ride on it, you can get a special certificate and sticker. When youcome to Kyoto, let’s find yasaka taxi with pattern of a　four-leaf clover. May this picture bring you good luck!
