I went sushi restaurant near NISHIYAMA RYOKAN. this sushi restaurant is very small and very reasonable. it is very nice. you can eat sushi for about 2000 yen to 6000 yen. it takes 15 minutes from NISHIYAMA RYOKAN to this restaurant.
